RAILOOM · Public Alpha
Privacy
This page describes the data flows intended for Railoom Public Alpha. It is deliberately limited to the systems the product actually uses.
Local project data
Project/layout data is primarily stored in your browser or device. It is not automatically uploaded to an account-based project library because Public Alpha does not have one.
Sharing
When you explicitly create a shared layout, the snapshot needed for that share is uploaded so the unlisted link can retrieve it. Shared-layout contents are not automatically attached to feedback or analytics events.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare infrastructure is used for public hosting, security, and shared-layout delivery as the Public Alpha deployment is completed. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary network and request metadata needed to deliver and protect the service.
Product analytics
Railoom is designed to use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. Analytics is denied before that choice, and No thanks keeps it disabled. Project/layout JSON, project names, node or edge contents, and free-text project data are not intentionally sent to GA4.
Changing analytics preference
Your analytics choice is stored locally and can be changed later from the product-information/privacy surface once the analytics integration is enabled.
Feedback
When you choose to submit feedback, Railoom will use Google Forms as the destination. Project or shared-layout contents are not automatically attached. The final feedback form URL is supplied as deployment configuration rather than stored in project data.
Public Alpha changes
If the deployed data flows change, this Privacy page should be updated with the implementation rather than describing speculative collection.
